Landbase India Limited, a subsidiary of ITC, owns the prestigious Classic Golf & Country Club in the outskirts of Delhi. Classic Golf & Country Club is the first South Asian signature championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Spread over 300 acres at the foothills of the picturesque Aravalli, it comprises an 18-hole signature championship course, a nine-hole signature canyon course, a social club and a sports complex which offers non-golfing sports and recreational activities.
Landbase India is also the promoter of the reputed high-lifestyle condominium project, the Laburnum in Gurgaon. It was a pioneering project in setting new benchmarks in luxury living.
