Division in 1974 after receiving a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.
He has overall responsibilities for ITC's businesses in Paperboards and Specialty Papers,
Packaging & Printing, Education & Stationery products, Safety Matches and Agarbattis. He is a Director of Asia Tobacco Company
Limited, Wimco Ltd and serves on the
Governing Body of the Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai. He is a
member of the Chamber Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce
and Industry. |

Anand Nayak, Head of Human Resource Development for ITC, has been with the Company for 35 years. He has handled senior HR assignments in the Company's various Divisions and has been Head of Human Resource Development since 1996. He is also responsible for overall supervision of ITC's Social Development Initiatives. A post-graduate in Personnel Management and Indiustrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Nayak has spent his entire professional career with ITC. He is also a Director on the Board of ITC Infotech. |

R G Jacob, Group Head, Corporate
Quality, R&D & Product Development, has spent his entire career in ITC. He joined
the Company in 1967 after completing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras. He
has held various senior positions in Corporate, Tobacco and Paper Businesses including the
role of Chief Executive of Tribeni Tissues Division. |

Mr. B.B. Chatterjee, Executive Vice President & Company Secretary, joined ITC in May, 1983. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Law graduate.
Chatterjee is on the Boards of various ITC subsidiaries including ITC Infotech India Ltd. and its subsidiaries in the UK and the USA.
Chatterjee is a Committee member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Chairman of the Company Affairs Sub Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is on the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and on its Executive Committee and Professional Development Committee. He is also on the Expert Advisory Board and the Secretarial Standards Board set up by the ICSI to integrate, harmonise and standardise diverse secretarial practices prevalent in the corporate sector. |
