Wills Lifestyle partners Manish to create magic at Wills Lifestyle Grand Finale

ITC’s premium fashion brand, today announced Manish Arora as the designer for the Wills Lifestyle Grand Finale at the forthcoming Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week. The collection for the finale - ‘Manish Arora Circus’ will interpret the drama of circus in his own signature style. Manish Arora will also create an exclusive collection for Wills Lifestyle that will be retailed from Wills Lifestyle stores across the country.

Announcing this at the Wills Lifestyle store, Camac Street, Atul Chand, Divisional Chief Executive - ITC’s Lifestyle Retailing, said, “Wills Lifestyle Grand Finale has always set new benchmarks in creativity and have been a great mix of fashion and entertainment. This season Manish Arora will be taking the same tradition forward and create magic on the ramp in his signature style.”

The collection by Manish Arora for the Wills Lifestyle grand finale explores innovative techniques of embroidery like hand sown appliqué, digitally printed sequin as well as traditional Indian gota embroidery. Unique textures are achieved with the use of leather sequins and ostrich feathers. Manish interprets scenes from the circus in his own artistic style in the form of prints and embroideries.

Silhouettes in the collection include short dresses, mini skirts, trousers, voluminous jackets, ruffled skirts and dresses as well as pieces largely inspired from circus costumes as is evident in the clown pants, bat-wing sleeves, multiple bows and jumpsuits.
