Restaurant magazine has chosen Bukhara at ITC Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi as the best Indian restaurant in the world and the best in Asia. Each year Restaurant nominates 50 finest restaurants in the world. The chosen ones are limited in number and represent the culinary excellence in taste, service and style. Expectedly, just the very refined restaurants create and become part of history. The Restaurant honours were presented by the renowned restaurateur Sir Terence Conran, at the Royal Exchange in Central London; voted for by an international panel of 300 restaurateurs, chefs, critics and journalists.
