Expression expects to double card sales with this offer
KOLKATA _ 2001 : Expressions offers its consumers a unique
opportunity to present their loved ones memorable gifts along with a card. The "How
Lucky is Your Loved One" contest will give away prizes amounting to over Rs. 8 lakhs
ranging from a Hyundai Santro to a holiday in a few select destinations in India and many
more attractive gifts.

When a consumer buys an Expressions card, a gift voucher is
presented along with it. All one needs to do is fill in the details of your loved one.
Winners will be decided on the basis of Mini Draws to be held on 15th July, 31st July and
15th August 2001. The Grand Draw will be held after August 25th 2001.
One of the lucky loved ones will be the proud owner of a
Hyundai Santro Car. Prizes also include Microwaves, Timex wrist watches and Crew Neck
T-shirts. The four Mini draws include a stay for two at an ITC WELCOMGROUP Hotel and World
Space Hitachi Receivers.
ITC, which entered the Greeting Cards market in August 2000
with the Expressions brand of cards, expects to double card sales with this offer.
Expressions cards are available in over 250 towns in all the states of the country
covering over 7,000 retail outlets. These cards are priced between Rs. 5 to Rs. 54.
Expressions brand has introduced innovative Greeting Cards such as Mask cards, Puzzle
cards, Dangler cards that have been well appreciated. For the recently celebrated Mothers
day, Expressions had introduced 76 designs - far higher than other established players in
the Greeting Cards market. Expressions has so far totally introduced over 2000 new designs
of Greeting Cards.
