The Scheme of Amalgamation of ITC Bhadrachalam
Paperboards Limited (ITC Bhadrachalam) with ITC Limited (ITC) has become effective
from 13th March, 2002 (Effective Date), consequent upon filing of the Orders of
the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad and the Hon'ble High
Court at Calcutta, sanctioning the said Scheme, with the respective Registrar of Companies
on that date.
