Grand Opening of New Contact Center Site in India

INDIA, 10 September 2003 - The ITC Infotech–ClientLogic joint venture
between ITC Infotech India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Limited, and
ClientLogic Corporation, a leading international business process outsourcer in the
contact center and fulfillment industry, today inaugurated its new facility at ITC
Infotechpark in Bangalore. Mr. Thomas O. Harbison, Vice Chairman, President and CEO,
ClientLogic Corporation, and Mr. Y. C. Deveshwar, Chairman, ITC Limited, were the chief
guests.
This JV currently handles offshore customer care in India
for several international Fortune 500 companies. The new facility can accommodate more
than 1100 associates and is capable of meeting the growing demand for scalable,
cost-effective customer care services of the highest quality. The new facility at ITC
Infotechpark’s 36-acre campus acts as a node in ClientLogic’s global customer
care network.
