While customer complaints received are logged across product/ service categories, we are not aware of any methodology that can correlate quality issues to non-compliance with regulatory/ voluntary codes concerning health and safety impacts Ο
FP5 Percentage of production volume manufactured in sites certified by an independent third-party according to internationally recognised food safety management system standards  
FP6 Percentage of total sales volume of consumer products, by product category, that are lowered in saturated fat, transfats, sodium and sugars Eliminate transfats in all packaged food products by 2016. Snacks products with lowered sodium content are in the final stages of testing and are expected to be launched in 2013-14 Ø
FP7 Percentage of total sales volume of consumer products, by product category sold, that contain increased fibre, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals or functional food additives Biscuits category to come out with fortified glucose biscuits by January 2014 Ø
