Sanjiv Rangrass took over the responsibility of Group Head - Life Sciences & Technology, Central Projects, EHS & Quality Assurance with effect from 24th September 2020. He was the Divisional Chief Executive of Agri Business Division (ABD) from 2017 to May, 2020.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Sanjiv spent the first 27 years of his career in the India Tobacco Division of the Company where he held various leadership roles in Technical as well as HR functions. In 2009, he took over as the Chief Operating Officer of the erstwhile India Leaf Tobacco Division (ILTD) and then assumed charge as its Divisional Chief Executive from July 2010. Under his aegis, various projects in infrastructure, supply chain, SAP and Sustainability across agri value chains were implemented in the Agri Business Division.

He was on the Board of Governors of Indian Institute Management Shillong and on the Board of PAN Indian Institute of Technology Alumni Association of India.
