ITC Hotels, presented yet another addition to its international culinary brand portfolio with the opening of ‘EDO-Japanese Restaurant & Bar’, at the ITC Gardenia in Bengaluru.

Edo, the 81 seater restaurant & bar serves exotic Japanese fare such as authentic sushi, sashimi, crisp tempura and artful bento meals, accompanied by fine Japanese sake, wines and whiskies, culminating in a grand finale of delectable desserts.

ITC Mughal Agra: Reintroducing the Taj Bano and the Khwab Mahal

This year, the ITC Mughal Agra, refurbished two existing spaces within the property. The ‘Taj Bano’ was reintroduced as a high-end, fine dining multi-cuisine restaurant, built around the ancient Mughal heritage of opulence, luxury and beauty. Khwab-Mahal – The Palace of Dreams, a new wing with 42 opulent suites and rooms, was created with the rich, ravishing Mughal aesthetic palette, recreating a bygone world in a contemporary setting for the modern traveller.

Dum Pukht- Refurbished and in a New Avatar

Over the last year, the award-winning Dum Pukht was refurbished into a resplendent, new experience. With a setting that is contemporary and an ambience overflowing with the charm and magic of Awadhi refinement, Dum Pukht has recreated the heritage, culture and history built around the ancient tradition of ‘Dum’ cooking. In addition, the Dum Pukht has extended its menu to include a variety of vegetarian options, like the delectable seekh nilofari and the gucchhi sabz-e-har.
