Russell Credit Limited

Russell Credit Limited is a 100% subsidiary of ITC Limited. Russell is an Investment Company with activities primarily confined to making long-term investments in areas of strategic thrust, namely FMCG, Hotels & Tourism, Paper, Paperboards & Packaging and Agri Business.

Russell has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Greenacre Holdings Limited, which is engaged in property infrastructure maintenance and Technico Pty Limited, Australia (Technico), an agri-biotechnology company specializing in rapid seed potato production. Russell also holds 96.82% of Wimco Limited, which is engaged primarily in the manufacture of matches.
