Sanjiv Puri is Divisional Chief Executive, India Tobacco Division. An engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he joined ITC in 1986. Till 2000, Puri handled a wide range of responsibilities in eCommerce, Operations and Manufacturing in the Tobacco Division.
Before returning to the Tobacco Division in September 2009, Puri led ITC Infotech India Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC, as Managing Director from May 2006 to August 2009. He is presently a Director on the Boards of ITC Infotech India Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries in UK and USA.
Prior to this he was the Managing Director of Surya Nepal Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary company of ITC in Nepal. He was responsible for diversifying the operations of the company into branded apparels and exports, making Surya Nepal one of the largest private sector companies in Nepal.
He is Non Executive Chairman & Director of ATC Limited and Director on the Boards of King Maker Marketing Inc., USA and Tobacco Institute of India.
He is also a member on the Board of Governors, Media Research Users Council (MRUC).

|
Hemant Malik is the Chief Operating Officer of
Trade Marketing and Distribution for ITC FMCG. He
joined ITC in 1989 after completing his MBA from
IIM, Kolkata. He has worked in the Tobacco,
Lifestyle Retailing and Foods Divisions of the
Company. In 1995, he was designated Manager -
Wills World Cup, the largest sponsorship event
ever in India. He was seconded to BAT, London, in
1996 as the International Brand Manager. He
returned in 1998. In 2000, he took over Retail
Operations and worked towards the setting up of
the first 25 Wills Lifestyle stores. In 2001, he
moved to head All India Tobacco Sales contributing
to the development of the FMCG Sales Network. In
April 2002, he became the Head of Marketing of ITC
Foods and has been responsible for the creation
and development of brands like Aashirvaad,
Sunfeast, Candyman, Kitchens of India, Mint-O and
Bingo. He moved back to Kolkata in May 2008 to
head the Trade Marketing & Distribution for ITC
FMCG.

Raja Parasuram is Executive Vice President,
Finance and MIS, India Tobacco Division. Prior to
this, he was heading the Finance and MIS functions
of the Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division.
A Chartered Accountant, he joined ITC in 1982 as
an assistant in the Finance function. In his
tenure in ITC, he has gained varied experience in
Cigarettes, Leaf Tobacco and Paperboards and
Specialty Papers businesses. He has played a key
role in critical initiatives relating to Cost
Control, IT and Taxation.

C Dar joined the Foods Business in August 2008. He started his career in ITC's Packaging and Printing business in 1981. Dar is an engineer from IIT, Delhi and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. In 1998, he was seconded to the then ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards Limited as head of Marketing and was elevated to the Board of ITC-BPL in 1999. He also took over responsibilities of the Materials function in 2001. In 2003, he joined the Lifestyle Retailing Business Division as its CEO and continued in that role till he moved to the Foods business as Chief Operating Officer. In August 2009, he took over as Divisional Chief Executive of the Foods business.

Murali Ganesan, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, is Vice President, Finance & Information Technology, of ITC's Foods Business.
After passing his CA, he joined ITC in 1986. Ganesan spent his initial years in Internal Audit where he was responsible for Systems Audit of the Company's various businesses.
In 1988, he moved to the Packaging & Printing business. His responsibilities included Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Indirect Taxes and Export & Treasury operations. In 2002, he moved to the Leaf Tobacco Division as Vice President, Finance & MIS, where he spent five years before moving to the Foods Business.

V L Rajesh is General Manager, Marketing and Exports, Foods Division. In 1990, he joined ITC soon after completing his MBA from IIM, Calcutta. Rajesh has spent his entire career, spanning 19 years, with ITC. After working for 10 years the Tobacco Division's Sales and Marketing function, he was assigned to the special projects team responsible for identifying new business opportunities for ITC, which led to the inception of the Foods Division in the year 2000. For 7 years, Rajesh was responsible for creating and expanding the Confectionery segment before taking up his present role in June 2008.

Ganesh Kumar Sundararaman is the Category Head, Staples and Snacks, ITC Foods Division. A Mechanical Engineer from Gulbarga University, he joined ITC as a Technical Pupil in 1991. He has handled various roles across factories in the Tobacco Division and has also handled a cross functional assignment as Human Resources Manager. He was assigned to the Special Projects Team in 2000 responsible for identifying new business opportunities for ITC, which led to the inception of the Foods Division. Ganesh was responsible for creating and expanding the Staples category with the Aashirvaad brand. He has assumed additional charge of the Snacks business since July 2008.

| Paritosh Wali |

Paritosh Wali is Category Head, Biscuits and Confectionery, Foods Division. He graduated from IIT Madras in 1991 and joined ITC from the campus. With extensive experience in ITC's Retail, FMCG and Packaging businesses across different geographies, Wali specializes in Business Strategy Development, Supply Chain, Change management and Quality Management. A Sloan Fellow from the London Business School, he took up his current responsibility in May 2009.
Prior to his current assignment, he was in the Tobacco business where he led large scale improvement programs and was responsible for talent induction and development of engineers from IIT. He was instrumental in institutionalizing Lean Management and Six sigma practices in the business. He also led the development of a comprehensive supply chain model for the Company’s FMCG business.
In his previous stint he was seconded to the Lifestyle Retail business to work on their business strategy. He led the development of a quick response sourcing model and set up India’s first JIT facility in the garment industry, which is now a case study in Kellogs School of Business on adaptive supply chains. Paritosh has held leadership roles in operations and led multiple change initiatives across the Tobacco and Packaging business – spanning BPR, introduction of MRP II etc.

A mechanical engineer from IIT Delhi, M S Gadhok joined ITC in 1980 in the Packaging and Printing Division. His career in ITC has spanned Operations, Procurement and Strategic Planning. He took over as the Head of the Ready-to-Eat category of ITC Foods in 2000. Gadhok has been associated with the evolution of the Kitchens of India brand and the build up of the product range within the category. He continues to maintain a keen interest in academics and completed his MBA from OUBS, UK in 2003.

Vikram Khosla is National Sales Manager , Foods Division. He joined ITC in 2001 after completing his MBA from FMS, Delhi. Prior to his MBA, he had served the Indian National Army for 10 years. In 2002, he became Branch Manager for Guwahati, responsible for the North Eastern region for sales of all ITC products. From 2003 till 2006, he managed the trade marketing function of the Foods business in the Southern region. In 2006, he was elevated to the position of National Sales Manager for ITC’s FMCG businesses.

Atul Chand is the Chief Executive of ITC's Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. He has been with this business since its early days and spearheaded several strategic initiatives to create strong lifestyle brands and actualize the business growth objectives.
Atul has popularised fashion by associating Wills Lifestyle with the prestigious India Fashion Week and by championing the country's largest ever Corporate - Designer tie-ups, to retail the co-creations in the stores nationally.
Before assuming charge as the Chief Executive in 2008, Atul was the Vice President - Marketing & Retail. In this role he anchored the creation of new Brands, established a nationwide Retail footprint, pioneered new concepts and redefined excellence in Customer Shopping experience.
An MBA from IMT Ghaziabad with an Economics Honours degree from Delhi University and schooling from St. Columbas Delhi, Atul joined ITC in 1988 in the Marketing function of the Tobacco Division.
During his tenure in the division, he handled a wide range of responsibilities in Brand management, Sales and was given the charge of pioneering Trade Marketing in ITC in the mid 90s. He had various stints in different geographies, held national roles and was responsible for driving the FMCG business in North India. In 2001, Atul moved to ITC’s new initiative in Lifestyle Retailing, to head the Marketing & Retail function.
Atul is a member of the CII National Committee on Retail and a Board member of Retail Association of India. He is associated with several industry forums and actively participates at management institutes.

Samindra Roy is Head, Marketing & Retail, Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. He is responsible for the Retail operations including Retail Development of the Wills Lifestyle chain and John Players retail outlets., as well as sales and distribution of both the brands in the Trade Channel and Key Accounts . He is also Head of Brand Marketing for both the brands.
Prior to this, he was Vice President, Marketing, Surya Nepal Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of ITC, handling sales and marketing of cigarettes as well as readymade apparel.
A graduate in Economics from St Xavier's College, Kolkata and MBA from FMS Delhi, Samindra has been with ITC since 1996. He has held various positions in Brand Marketing and has also been District Manager, East, driving ITC's FMCG businesses in the region.

Mukul Rastogi is the Vice President of Human Resources of the Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. Mukul joined ITC in 1989 after completing her Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She began as a Management Trainee in the Packaging and Printing Division and then moved to the Tobacco Division. During her tenure in the Tobacco Division, she handled a wide range of responsibilities in Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Human Resource Management at the Unit level as well as at Divisional Headquarters. She moved to the Lifestyle Retailing business at its inception in 1999 to head Human Resources.
Mukul has been a member of the CII National Committee on Empowerment of Women at the Workplace for the years 2005-06 and 2006-07. She is a member of the CII National Committee on Education for the year 2008-09 and 2009-10 and is a Member of the HR Committee of RAI (Retailers Association of India).

Rinku Kaicker is the head designer of the Lifestyle Retailing Business Division. After completing her specialization in fashion designing in 1989, she began her fashion design career wherein she worked with well known Government recognised export and apparel buying houses. The decade from 1989 to 1999 saw her handling the design and product development of well known fashion houses, designers and buyers from round the world.
She joined Lifestyle Retailing Business Division as Head Designer in 1999. Having been associated with the Division since its inception, she has been involved in development and implementation of key initiatives, which include setting up of a creative design hub, specialized people skill development and expanding and strengthening the "Wills" and "John Players" brand portfolio.

Sandeep Kaul is the Chief Executive of the Personal Care Products SBU. A Mechanical Engineer from BIT, Ranchi Kaul completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and joined ITC in the Marketing function in the India Tobacco Division in 1990. Between 1990 and 1999 Kaul handled a variety of assignments in both Sales as well as Brand Management and has worked in various parts of the country. As Brand Manager he has been responsible for management of leading ITC brands like India Kings, Classic, Gold Flake and Scissors. He has also been Branch Manager at ITC’s Delhi and Bengaluru branches. From 1999 to 2001 he headed the Market Research group.
Since 2001 Kaul has been involved with various new business initiatives in the FMCG space. He has been involved since inception of the Personal Care Business in 2002 and has been responsible for the development and execution of the launch of this new business of ITC.

S Balakrishnan is the Head of Manufacturing, ITC's Personal Care Products Business. A mechanical engineer, he joined ITC's Tobacco Division in 1987 as Management Pupil. During his tenure in the Tobacco business he has handled various assignments in the Technical Function. He was Head of the Projects Team responsible for setting up the Company's largest Cigarette Manufacturing Facility in Bangalore, before becoming the Factory Manager of the Kolkata Cigarette factory. Balakrishnan has been part of Personal Care Products Business since its inception in 2002, involved in the development of its products, establishing the supply chain, including the setting up of ITC’s first Personal Care Products facility in Haridwar.

Anil Garg holds charge of the Finance, Procurement, Logistics and IT functions in the Personal Care Products SBU. He has an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, USA and joined the Company in 1985. The first eight years of his career involved various assignments in operations and projects in the Hotels Division and he was the financial controller of the Windsor Manor expansion project before moving to Corporate Internal Audit in 1993.
Garg has had a 4 year stint in Corporate Finance during which he was involved in capex/ investment appraisals, corporate planning, and industry trend analysis. He has held an assignment as Head of Finance of Landbase India Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, before moving to a role in Strategic Planning as part of the team engaged in mergers, acquisitions and business structuring activities across the group. Garg has been with the Personal Care Products Business since July 2007.

Dr Krishnan Venkat is the Chief Scientist for ITC's Personal Care Strategic Business Unit. He joined ITC in 2005 with 20 years experience in academic research and industrial R&D. He received his PhD in the USA in 1985 and has been engaged in leading-edge chemical physics research at University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and University of Zurich, Switzerland. He has also served as a faculty at McGill University, Montreal in Canada. He has over 15 patents and 50 research publications in peer reviewed high impact scientific journals such as the Journal of American Chemical Society, Journal of Physical Chemistry, Journal of Chemical Physics etc. He has made invited scientific contributions at the prestigious Royal Society of Chemistry UK, Faraday Discussion meetings. He has championed many initiatives from concept to products in the Personal Care domain. He believes in the R&D continuum of relevant science and product development culminate in world-class products for the consumer. He is member of several national and international scientific committees and professional bodies.

He has been Global Marketing Manager of Dettol and Marketing Director, Hungary during his stint at Reckitt Benckiser. An Electronics & Communication Engineer from NIT Surathkal, Nilanjan did his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur in 1991. Nilanjan's experience cuts across several categories ranging from Beverages, Soaps & Detergents to OTC Pharmaceuticals.

Chowdhury has held multiple positions in Engineering, Manufacturing systems re-design & new product development in his long career in ITC. At present, he is responsible for outsourcing, new product development & quality assurance of the Education and Stationery Products Business.

V M Rajasekharan is the Chief Executive of the Safety Matches and the Agarbattis SBUs. He joined ITC's Packaging and Printing Division in 1986. Before joining ITC, he worked in M. M. Rubber company's BOPP division from 1980 to 1986 after graduating in Chemical Engineering from Annamalai University.
He has held various responsibilities in operations, domestic sales, planning and technology development in the Packaging and Printing Division. He was on the management committee of that Division before taking over as the Chief Executive of the Agarbattis business at its inception. He took over as Chief Executive of the Safety Matches SBU in December 2010.

B K Pramanick is the Divisional Financial Controller of the Packaging and Printing Business. He is also responsible for the Education & Stationery Products, Safety Matches and Agarbattis Strategic Business Units. Pramanick joined ITC in 1997 in the Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division with 15 years experience in other companies like SAIL, JK Synthetics, Kitti Steel, etc. Before moving to the Packaging and Printing Division in 2002, Pramanick was the Chief Manager (Mill Accounts) at the Bhadrachalam Unit.

He has held various key positions like that of Trade Marketing Information Manager and Branch Manager, Hyderabad before taking over as the Marketing Manager of the Agarbatti Business.

University, Australia, he joined ITC Hotels'

1978 aalso served as the Managing Director of erstwhile ITC Hotels Ltd. during the period 2003-05. In a career that spans over three decades,
he has been acknowledged for his vision and
commitment.

Dipak Haksar is the Chief Operating Officer, ITC Luxury Collection & WelcomHotels. With an advanced GMP from Cornell University, Haksar began his career at ITC Maurya, New Delhi in 1978. During his long tenure in ITC, he has held numerous positions managing both leisure and business properties. From ITC Maurya he moved to ITC Windsor, Bengaluru, a hotel he nurtured as Resident Manager before moving to Rajputana Sheraton, Jaipur as Manager and then to Umaid Bhawan Palace as General Manager. He spearheaded the launch of ITC Maratha in Mumbai which won the ‘Best Luxury Business Hotel’ award in its first year of operation. Also, during his tenure as Vice President, Operations, Hotels Division and General Manager, ITC Maurya - the division’s flagship property, underwent a metamorphosis in both product and service design, to emerge as one of the leading premium luxury business hotels. His customer focus, warmth and people management qualities have won him the H&SS National Award for 'Best General Manager'.

Over the years, he has handled a wide range of responsibilities encompassing Sales, Electronic Distribution, Online Marketing ,Product Development and Brand Management. Arun Pathak is Vice President - Finance, IT and Procurement for the Hotels Division. He joined ITC in 1983. He has handled several responsibilities in the Cigarettes, Leaf Tobacco, Paperboards and Specialty Papers and Foods businesses before joining the Hotels Division. A gold medalist and merit list rank holder in Chartered Accountancy, Arun has worked in cigarette factories, Indirect Taxes, Technology upgrade task forces and cigarette exports during his career. He has headed the Finance and IT functions in erstwhile Tribeni Tissues and Foods before moving to a similar role in Hotels. Additionally, he has held the Procurement portfolio in Foods and Hotels. He was involved in the turnaround of the erstwhile Tribeni Tissues Division. He then moved to Foods with the start up team and participated in the fast growth of the business over 5 years. Presently, he is responsible for actualizing the growth objectives of the Hotels Division.

Mohan S Bhatnagar is Head, Growth & Development of the Hotels Division. After completing his graduation from St. Stephen's College and MBA from FMS, Delhi University, he joined ITC's Hotels Division. He has handled wide range of responsibilities under Projects (was a team member for execution of Hotel Projects of Chola, Mughal and Maurya) and Finance (Area Controller and Divisional Financial Controller). In 1997, he took over as the Head of Finance with responsibility for IT and Purchase. He was the Team leader for Product Development & Standardization. In 2007, he moved to Growth and development with responsibility for expansion of Hotels Business under its various brands.

S C Sekhar, Senior Executive Vice President Hotels Division, joined ITC Limited as the Financial Controller of Mughal Sheraton, Agra in 1978. He is a Chartered Account. Over the years, he has handled a wide range of responsibilities - Financial Controller, Finance Manger - Projects, Executive Assistant to Chairman - Hotels Division, Divisional Controller and took over as Finance Head of the business in 1992. Subsequently, As Executive Vice President, his portfolio included Finance, Treasury, Audit, Legal and Information Technology.
As Executive Director on the Board of erstwhile ITC Hotels Limited, he was responsible for Projects, Development & Investments.

Alwyn R Noronha is Executive Vice President – Projects, Hotels Division. Noronha joined ITC in 1976 just after graduating in Electrical Engineering. During his long tenure, he has handled senior Operational Engineering assignments and played a key role in the construction of almost all the ITC Hotel properties. He also initiated modernization, technology and quality upgradation in various operating hotels.

Gautam Anand is Vice-President, Pre-opening
Operations, Hotels Division. He joined ITC in 1980
as a management trainee and was posted at Chennai,
Hyderabad and Delhi. He was instrumental in the
commissioning of ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad in 1995
and headed the property as General Manager for
five years. In 2000, he took charge of ITC Maurya,
New Delhi as Vice-President and General Manager.
In 2005, Anand shifted to the Divisional HO to
head a cross-functional team as Vice President,
Operational Support & Quality. In his current
assignment, he has successfully launched ITC
Gardenia, Bengaluru and is currently engaged in
the Pre-opening preparedness of ITC Grand Chola,
Chennai & operations planning for ITC Kolkata II
and other ITC Hotels green field Projects.

Anil Sharma is Vice-President, Human Resources at ITC's Hotels Division. He joined ITC in 1985. A gold medalist from Punjab University with a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from University Business School, Chandigarh, Sharma began his career with a public sector undertaking, followed by Ranbaxy and Modi Cement. Primarily having worked in the Human Resources Function at ITC, Sharma spent six years in the Hotels Operation in General Management Assignments. For a period of two years, he worked as the General Manager, Operations, at Fortune Hotels, overseeing Marketing as well.
He also had a brief stint at Corporate HO in Kolkata where he worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman. A Lifetime Member of NHRD & NIPM, he often represents ITC's Hotels Division at FICCI, AIMA, FHRAI and the CII.

Sanjay Singh is Divisional Chief Executive, ITC Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division. Prior to this he was the Chief Operating Officer of the business. A chemical engineer from IIT Kanpur, Singh joined the erstwhile ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards Limited as a management trainee in 1977 and rose to become a whole time director in 1999. Consequent to the merger of ITC Bhadrachalam Paperboards Limited with ITC Limited in March 2002, he took charge of the Paperboards & Specialty Papers Division as Executive Vice President (Manufacturing) with responsibility for Bhadrachalam, Tribeni, Kovai and Bollaram units. He has played a vital role in the implementation of TPM and Lean manufacturing in all the units.

R Senguttuvan is the Chief Executive of the Packaging and Printing Business. A Mechanical Engineer with a PGDM from IIM Bangalore, he joined ITC in 1991 as Assistant Materials Manager. He became Works Manager of the Tiruvottiyur factory and then Vice President of the Packaging & Printing Business before taking charge as Chief Executive. Senguttuvan is also a member of the Governing Council of the All India Management Association.

B K Pramanick is the Divisional Financial Controller of the Packaging and Printing Business. He is also responsible for the Safety Matches and Agarbattis Strategic Business Units. Pramanick joined ITC in 1997 in the Paperboards and Specialty Papers Division with 15 years experience in other companies like SAIL, JK Synthetics, Kitti Steel, etc. Before moving to the Packaging and Printing Division in 2002, Pramanick was the Chief Manager (Mill Accounts) at the Bhadrachalam Unit.

S Sivakumar is the Divisional Chief Executive of the Agri Business Division. He is also the Chairman of Technico Agri Sciences Limited and Vice Chairman of ITC Infotech India Limited and its subsidiaries in the UK and USA.
Topper of the Class of 1983 from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, (IRMA), Sivakumar served a farmers' cooperative for six years before joining ITC in 1989.
Sivakumar has conceptualised the path-breaking ITC e-Choupal model, and is spearheading its roll out across rural India.
Sivakumar is a Director on the Board of Indo-US Knowledge Initiative in Agriculture. He is a Member of the Private Sector Committee of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), and a Member of Research Advisory Committee of India’s National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM). He is also an active member of the management committees of various industry bodies and several taskforces of Government of India.

Rajnikant Rai is Chief Operating Officer, Agri Business Division. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President, Operations, heading the Oils, Grains and Pulses (OGP) Group and the Aqua Business of the division. He was also the national head of the pathbreaking e-Choupal project. Rai is a graduate in Economics and holds a Diploma in Import and Export Management. He worked in a Government organization in Madhya Pradesh and then with Britannia before joining ITC in 1990. He has been in the commodities business for more than 24 years. He is an Executive Committee member of several industry bodies and commodity exchanges.

C V Sarma is Vice President, Finance and IT, of the Agri Business Division. He joined the Company's Finance Function in 1988. After a short stint in Internal Audit, he moved to the Commercial function at the Cigarette factories in Kidderpore and Munger. A gold medallist in B.Com, Sarma is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost & Works Accountant and Company Secretary. He took a break in 1991 for a full-time PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad. He rejoined the Company in 1993 to work in the Corporate Planning and Treasury departments.
Sarma played a key role in consolidating business plans of the Company, interacting with Fund Managers and in raising and managing funds. He was involved in the development of the payment gateway for electronic transfer of collections. He also centralized the Forex Treasury function. In 2002, he became the Head of Finance & IT of the Agri Business Division, handling responsibilities like financial accounting, export documentation, management accountancy, infrastructure management, development of IT systems including ERP, etc.
He is a Director on the Board of Megatop Insurance Services Ltd and leads the Company’s foray into the financial services business in rural areas through the e-Choupal channel.

L Prabhakar is Vice President, Human Resources, Agri-Business Division. An alumnus of NIT, Surathkal and XLRI, Jamshedpur, he has been with ITC for over 16 years. He was also associated with TVS Motors for 3 years and Murugappa Group for 4 years.
During his tenure with ITC, he has worked in Leaf Tobacco Division, Tobacco Division and the Information Technology business. Before moving to his current role, he worked as Manager – Corporate Human Resources at Kolkata for 3 years.
In his 23 years of experience, he has handled a wide range of responsibilities including Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Business Planning.
He is actively associated with National HRD Network and is on the Executive Committee of the Hyderabad Chapter and on the Board of the National Committee. He was earlier the Secretary of the Kolkata Chapter.

Sanjiv Rangrass took over as Chief Executive of the Agri Business Division – ILTD in July 2010. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the business since August 2009. Sanjiv joined the Company in 1982 after completing his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He spent 27 years in the India Tobacco Division in various capacities in the Technical function across manufacturing units and Head Office. He served as the Head of Bengaluru Factory after which he moved to Head Office as the General Manager, Operations. He also had a cross functional stint as General Manager, HR, in the Tobacco Division. Prior to moving to ABD-ILTD, he was Member, Technical, of the Executive Committee of Cigarette Brands and Supply Chain of the Tobacco Division. He has been instrumental in introducing a novel approach to innovations on the shop floor that has converted into a very successful initiative for the division. He has also spearheaded process excellence initiatives involving Lean and Six Sigma.
He is on the Board of Governors of IIM Shillong and on the Board of PAN IIT Alumni Association of India.

Biddappa is a member of the Advisory Committee of Indian Society of Tobacco.

S Ramakrishna is Vice President, Processing and Technology for the Agri Business Division - ILTD. He joined the Technical Function of the Division in 1980, when operations were being mechanised. He has been involved in all major projects of ILTD's Technical function, contributing to Project Planning & Management, Maintenance Management, Processing and Factory Management. As Factory Manager at Chirala, he has developed Systems in compliance with SA 8000, OHSAS 18000 and IQRS Level 7. His experience cover Green Leaf Threshing Plants, Material Handling and Storage Systems and Factory Management. Before taking over as Head - Processing and Technology in July 2006, he was Factory Manager at Chirala. Ramakrishna is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers.

DVR Rajiv Mohan is Vice President, Exports and Supply Chain, Agri Business Division - ILTD. He joined the Company in 1988 and has been involved in various assignments in Leaf buying and classification operations, Leaf Tobacco exports and in the Spices business.
He took over as General Manager, Exports, in 2002 and has worked towards significantly enhancing ABD-ILTD's global presence through an aggressive market expansion and customer acquisition strategy. This has lead to a fivefold increase in export turnover in 7 years, with an export footprint in all continents covering major international customers. He has also been instrumental in developing the Spices business since 2004, with specific focus on introducing a customized supply chain and differentiated products and services, resulting in a rapid scale up of the business in domestic and export markets. Presently he has been given additional charge of the entire supply chain operation of the Leaf tobacco business.
A graduate in Commerce and an MBA from Karnataka University, he was selected as the 'Best Regional Young Manager' in the National Competition for Young Managers conducted by AIMA in 1990.

Kuryan G Stephanos is Vice President, Finance & MIS of the Agri Business Division - ILTD. He joined the Company in July 1988 after completing Chartered Accountancy. After a brief stint in the Internal Audit Department, he was assigned various responsibilities in the Finance Function of the Tobacco Division covering Factory and Marketing operations, Costing systems, Indirect Taxes, Financial Accounting and Management Information Systems. In 2007, as Project Leader, he was instrumental in the successful implementation of SAP upgrade across Tobacco, Foods and the Matches and Agarbatti SBUs before moving to his current responsibility.

Ravi Srinivasan is Vice President, Human Resource, Agri Business Division - ILTD. After receiving a Masters degree in Personnel Management & IR from Xavier Institute of Social Services, Ranchi, he joined ITC in 1988. Prior to that, he worked with a NGO – Voluntary Health Association of India and then with the Punjab Agro Industries Corporation as Manager, Manpower Development. He joined ITC's Manpower Development Group and was involved with the training and development initiatives. From 1992 to 1994, he was Staff Training and Development Manager with the Tobacco Business. From 1994 till 2008, he was part of the Corporate Human Resources Team as General Manager (Training & Development). His key responsibilities included identifying, designing, resourcing and anchoring key development initiatives for ITC Managers. In 2008, he took over as Head of Human Resources for Agri Business Division - ILTD.
Srinivasan is a visiting faculty with the Organizational Behaviour department of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is an External Expert on the National Institute of Design’s admission panel for the past ten years.
He is a certified MBTI Process Facilitator, Counselor, Internal Facilitator and certified Assessment and Development Centre Anchor.
