Landbase India Limited, a subsidiary of ITC, owns the prestigious Classic Golf & Country Club in the outskirts of Delhi. Classic Golf & Country Club is the first South Asian signature championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Spread over 300 acres at the foothills of the picturesque Aravalli, it comprises an 18-hole signature championship course, a nine-hole signature canyon course, a social club and a sports complex which offers non-golfing sports and recreational activities.
Landbase India is also the promoter of the reputed high-lifestyle condominium project, the Laburnum in Gurgaon. It was a pioneering project in setting new benchmarks in luxury living. Its offerings include exclusive row houses with twin lawns, sprawling apartments with stepped terraces, expansive duplex penthouses and fully air-conditioned luxury apartments. Designed by the US-based, world renowned Aga Khan award winning architect, Ramesh Khosla, Laburnum was among the first to introduce condominiums in India. Setting new standards in community living, Laburnum incorporates every facility that a sophisticated urbanite looks for : club house, library, swimming pool, gymnasium, health centre, tennis and squash courts and opti-golf, not to mention full generator back-up for power, state-of-the-art electronic security system, satellite television and laundromats.
Landbase India Limited launched the ITC Grand Bharat, the country's first all-suites luxury destination retreat. Envisaged as a 'tribute to the glory of India', the retreat is the ultimate expression of 'unhurried luxury' with a mosaic of bespoke experiences including 4 Presidential Villas, 100 Deluxe Suites, elaborate culinary experiences, conferencing facilities and wellness and recreation services enabled through ITC's globally acclaimed indigenous spa brand, Kaya Kalp. With this, the Classic Golf & Country Club has certainly become a sought after golf destination in the Asia Pacific Region.
