Poonam is an electrician who was trained by ITC's Vocational Training programme, that has trained over 1 lakh youth across the country. Instead of working in a beauty parlour or as a tailor like most other local women, Poonam made the choice to learn an electrician's skills to be able to stand with her father and support their family.
