ITC enters deodorant mkt

ITC’s personal care products segment forayed into the deodorant market by launching one of India’s first range of couple deodorants, Engage. This new range of deo sprays for both men and women is priced at Rs 160 for a 165ml bottle, available at all leading retail outlets in India. Sandeep Kaul, CEO (personal care products), ITC, said, "Deodorants as a segment in personal care is experiencing swift and dynamic growth. Engage is uniquely poised to leverage this opportunity and carve a significant consumer mindshare."
